The Giving Success Program is highly beneficial  for our parish. This is a direct result of the AMAZING support and partnership with Kim (eCatholic's Success Manager).
 
We do not have this technical expertise internal to our team. It is invaluable to have a partner with this depth of expertise. We were able to ensure that our site is engaging for our parishioners, provides ease of use, worked properly, and was marketed professionally with support of the Giving Success Program. We worked with Kim (eCatholic's Success Manager) two times on a Giving Success program; the first time was about 8 months into using eCatholic online giving with a 61% boost in giving and 268% boost in recurring gifts. Two and a half years later we experienced a 30% boost in giving and 35% boost in recurring gifts. Kim was incredibly easy to work with and helped us customize the emails used so that our parishioners received a personal request from our pastor, not a canned marketing campaign communication.

The transition to eCatholic Online Giving has been so successful for our parish! The process is simplified both for one time and recurring donations using debit & credit cards as well as ACH transactions. In addition to donations, we are able to accept contributions for sacramental, Faith Formation and parish events. Access to donations is convenient with integration into the website. With just a click you can see transactions by date, donors, amounts, and accounts. Every month we have increased our online giving substantially through this platform!

As an aside - all of our recurring donors from the previous platform have transitioned and we have welcomed many more recurring donors. We receive approximately 37-39% of giving through [our website] now. The support has been excellent! 

The eCatholic Giving Success program is top-notch. Kim (eCatholic's Success Manager) worked closely with us to develop a customized email campaign to get our current e-givers to switch from our old system to eCatholic giving. She also developed a second campaign to help us recruit new e-givers. In addition, she provided us with gorgeous print and digital campaign materials for our use. Our campaign was a huge success. I would (and do) recommend eCatholic and the Giving Success program to all parishes. You will simply not get the customer service and attention they provide anywhere else.

We converted to eCatholic for a website and online giving this year. Rolling out online giving was challenging for us as a parish, as we had just merged three churches into one parish and all three churches had different on line giving platforms.

The eCatholic team was super in terms of both providing guidance and marketing tools to assist us in our roll out. Our marketing tools were all customized which included emails to our previous online givers, posters, and verbiage for our bulletins. Our parishioners love the ability to manage their own online giving and love not having to remember envelopes or cash on Sundays. The team at eCatholic made it super easy for me and was so available to answer any questions.
