Your Mission
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in helping Catholic organizations thrive. You’ll connect with prospective customers, learn their needs, and introduce them to solutions that simplify their work and amplify their outreach. Your success will directly contribute to eCatholic’s mission of equipping the Church with tools to grow and serve their communities.

What You'll Bring

Key responsibilities for this role:

• Prospect and hunt for new leads through outreach, research, and relationship-building
• Connect with new leads through demos, phone calls, and webinars to present eCatholic’s suite of products
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way
• Listen and tailor solutions based on each client’s unique needs, challenges, and budgets
• Create WOW moments by guiding clients through the sales process until a seamless handoff to the onboarding team
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment and follow up on leads generated through campaigns
• Educate and inspire customers on how eCatholic’s integrated solutions can save them time, money, and effort

Senior Java Developer

Opportunity Description

Are you passionate about creating amazing software? Do you enjoy being part of a fast-paced, challenging, fun environment?

If so, we're currently looking for an experienced software developer to join our team. In this role, you'll help develop innovative and intuitive software used by thousands of Catholic parishes, dioceses, schools, and ministries.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities for this role:

• Build software for existing and new eCatholic products
• Collaborate with team members on problem-solving
• Participate in weekly developer and company meetings
• Conduct ongoing analysis to anticipate and prevent potential IT threats or malicious attacks
• Help to design technical architectures
• Constantly improve your skills in writing code that is more correct, bug-free, and performant.
• Be a part of a team that dreams big to design solutions to help the Catholic Church solve real problems as we move into the future

 

What We're Looking For:

Below is the list of qualifications we are looking for in the ideal candidate.

Got to have these:

• Bachelors or Masters in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable work experience
• Experience developing web-based applications with Spring MVC
• Experience developing scalable REST APIs
• Experience developing microservices
• Experience with multi-tier backend application development
• An aptitude for learning new programming languages, skills, and technologies
• Thrive working in remote agile development environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills

Big plus if you also have these:

• 5+ years experience in development of SaaS products or enterprise applications
• Extensive experience in server architecture and management, particularly docker, kubernetes and AWS
• Familiarity with operations within the Catholic Church
